Shipping policy

Please remember that the processing time is in addition to the shipping time estimate you see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

All orders are shipped one time per week on Thursday or Friday. You should expect to see a shipping email notification once the shipping label has been created. After that time please allow 24 hours for your order  to be dropped off at the appropriate shipping courier location and for the tracking information to be updated.

For any Pre-order shipping please review the item description for the estimated shipping time frame. If you have any questions on pre-orders please feel free to email eggliencreations@gmail.com for any updates.

Please remember any postal service problems that are outside of our control after the product has been dropped off.

Unfortunately due to new GSPR regulations (General Safety and Performance Requirements) going into effect in December 2024 we do not ship to the EU. These new requirements make it impossible for a small business who is not located in the region to ship there as it requires all consumer products to undergo both safety tests as well as  having a designated "responsible person" in the EU that is responsible for all compliance.

Until we can find a work around or there are any updates to the GSPR, We will NOT ship to the EU including the following countriesAustria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Northern Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Egglien is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If your tracking information has not been updated within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at eggliencreations@gmail.com your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges;

Returns/refunds: Unfortunately we are not able to offer any returns or refunds for orders that have reached “shipped” status.

Size Exchanges: In the event that you need a size exchange, please email eggliencreations@gmail.com. We accept exchanges up to 4 weeks after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. After your email is received, we will send out a return label to the email you provided within 3 business days. We will also send an updated invoice for the additional shipping cost. Please note that you are responsible for the additional shipping cost to ship out the new size ( I will cover the cost of the return shipping label however). Once the product for the return is received here and your shipping invoice has been paid, then the updated size will ship out. You will receive a new email notification once it has shipped with an updated tracking information.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at eggliencreations@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
