  • Shipping

    All orders are shipped one time per week on Thursday or Friday. You should expect to see a shipping email notification once the shipping label has been created. After that time please allow 24 hours for your order to be dropped off at the appropriate shipping courier location and for the tracking information to be updated.

    Please remember that the processing time is in addition to the shipping time estimate you see at checkout. 

  • Size Exchanges

    In the event that you need a size exchange, please email eggliencreations@gmail.com.

    We accept exchanges up to 4 weeks after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. After your email is received, we will send out a return label to the email you provided within 3 business days. We will also send an updated invoice for the additional shipping cost.

    Please note that you are responsible for the additional shipping cost to ship out the new size ( I will cover the cost of the return shipping label however). Once the product for the return is received here and your shipping invoice has been paid, then the updated size will ship out. You will receive a new email notification once it has shipped with an updated tracking information.

  • Returns

    Unfortunately we are not able to offer any returns or refunds for orders that have reached “shipped” status.

    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at eggliencreations@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
