All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All orders are shipped one time per week on Thursday or Friday. You should expect to see a shipping email notification once the shipping label has been created. After that time please allow 24 hours for your order to be dropped off at the appropriate shipping courier location and for the tracking information to be updated.
We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during shipping. Once the item has been shipped (and tracking has been scanned), the responsibility for its safe arrival rests with the shipping carrier.

Domestic Shipping:
Shipping charges via USPS or UPS for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
International Shipping:
We can ship to most countries using either USPS or DHL!
Unfortunately due to recent updates to the GSPR We cannot ship to the EU including the following countries: Åland Islands, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Northern Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Egglien is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Refunds:
Unfortunately we are not able to offer any returns or refunds for orders that have reached “shipped” status.
However, in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@egglien.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
