Size Exchanges & Returns Policies

Refunds:

Unfortunately we are not able to offer any returns or refunds for orders that have reached “shipped” status.

However, in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@egglien.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please reach out to us via email.

Size Exchanges:

We accept size exchanges up to 4 weeks after delivery, ONLY if the item is unused and in its original condition (item can be tried on of course but not worn for an extended period of time). Please note that you are responsible for the additional shipping cost to ship out the new size but I will cover the cost of the return shipping.

To initiate a size exchange, please reach out to us via our contact us form OR email us directly at hello@egglien.com. After your email is received, we will send out a return label to the email you provided within 3 business days. Once the original size has been received by me and your shipping invoice has been paid, then the updated size will ship out. You will receive a new email notification once it has shipped with an updated tracking information.

*** If I receive any items that show signs of wear (ex: cigarette smoke, laundry detergent, perfume), I will reach out for appropriate compensation on a case by case basis. Please understand that many times when I experience a return in this condition, I am unable to resell or reuse these garments. ***

To return your product, print your return label that was emailed to you and mail your product in the original poly bag to:
